Due to the perishable nature of the products from our vendors, refunds need to be done as soon as possible. You have the option of either refund or replacement of meat
Please check your order when receiving it. You can choose not to accept the order, if
- It’s delivered after the scheduled day/ date, or
- The package has been altered or damaged during transit, or
- The item delivered is not according to your order.
We do not refund for change in mind orders during the delivery times
You need to inform us within 3 days if there is an issue with the order. This include meat items that you think have a foul smell / odour. Please do not discard or throw the meat item.
